Ajay Ahuja is the author of several property investment books. He is the founder and owner of the national accountancy practice Accountants Direct. It is the first in the UK that deals exclusively with the provision of references for the self-employed for mortgaging purposes.

His strategy seems to be very focus on HMO's (including the student market) and identifying up and coming hotspots. He also runs a website on which he publishes future hotspots.
