How To Be A Property Developer
Presented by Gary McCausland, the channel five show "How To Be A Property Developer" is a fly on the wall documentary following two couples as the start their careers as property developers.
Each couple is given £250,000 seed money to get them started and is allowed to keep any profit at the end of the show. They don't say, but presumably they are not allowed to use mortgages or other loans to fund their development so quite often they're limited to the ammount they can do - although with some of the rather risky ill thought out strategies the couples try it's probably a good job!
